Definitions
"Coins" — digital credits for recovery. "User"/"you" — anyone using the Service. "Uploaded Files" — files submitted for recovery. "Recovered Files" — output files. "Merchant of Record" — Lemon Squeezy, Inc.
Account Registration
Must be 18+. Provide accurate info. New users get 5 free coins. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Coin Purchases & Pricing
No Fix, No Cost
Prices displayed at purchase time. We may change pricing; changes don't affect purchased coins. Coins never expire. Taxes handled by Lemon Squeezy.
Service & Limitations
We support JPEG, PSD, PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLSX, MP4, RAW/CR3, RAR. Recovery varies by damage. Under No Fix, No Cost, you're not charged for failures. No physical media recovery.
User Responsibilities
Use lawfully. Only upload files you own. Don't reverse-engineer, disrupt, bot, or resell. No illegal content. Violations may result in termination and coin forfeiture.
Intellectual Property
Our tools and branding are our IP. You retain full ownership of your files.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DON'T GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR RECOVERABILITY.
Liability
NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY CAPPED AT 12 MONTHS OF PAYMENTS.

Laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Cairo courts jurisdiction.

Account: Name, email via AWS Cognito. Files: Encrypted S3, never accessed beyond recovery. Transactions: Via Lemon Squeezy, we never store card details. Usage: IP, browser, device for security.
Usage
Operate Service, process recovery, manage accounts, security, improvements. We never sell your data.
File Handling
Files kept 30 days post-processing then deleted. Account data retained while active; 30-day deletion on request.
